Polite and professional Man that talked to me was very polite I te But could not find pi problem with my pickup.
I came in with my own financing ready to go, but the sales manager spent the entire time aggressively pushing me to use his preferred lenders instead. To make matters worse, he straight-up lied to my face, claiming that multiple hard credit inquiries wouldn't affect my credit score just to get me to agree. The blatant dishonesty and high-pressure tactics were incredibly unprofessional—take your business elsewhere.

Working with Brett was a very good experience. He made sure that we talked about everything covered everything we had any concerns about. He made sure to help work with us on everything that we needed work with as far as financing getting a few things done with the new vehicle and working with us through the paperwork process making sure that all went smooth and everything was clear. Nothing was left on disclosed and it was a great experience.

My air bag notification was on I received a letter for a air bag recall I assumed they were the same I took my vehicle in for the recall and when I left the airbag notification was still on so I called them and they explained that was something different I felt this should have been explained at the time of the service

We set up an appointment for our oil change. The service department got us in and out in a timely manner. The only issue we had was with the oil that was left running down our driver's door panel. We had to clean that before we left the garage.

Was great! Did everything practically over the phone pulled up test drove it and was filling out papers in like 10 minutes. The best part was they didnt try and shove the extended warranties down our throat like most do so that was nice. Met John nice guy! Talked cows so thats always plus for me

They implied that I had my car to some other repair business and my oil pan plug was damaged, I let them know that the reason I bought local was so I could keep all my oil changes and service through them because John Holt had personally had given me a life time warranty on the drive train and I purchased the additional insurance for AC and radio and all other repairs for the life time, so there was no reason I would EVER take my car to any one else for anything.

We use John holt for our work trucks both granite shop, construction, and Jimmys cleaners vehicles. They also get us going and back to work quickly.
